Energy saving and highly efficient range of our Destoner and Seed Grader Machine are two separate machines that performs the function of grinding and separation of impurities from grains. These are precisely engineered for small scale industrial and domestic usage.
Seed Grader machine: Our range of grader machine are fabricated using MS and Iron steel in which grains are fed through feed hopper wit feed control gate. There is present a reception hopper which receives grains or seeds that are distributed by a feed roller and then the grains are dropped on the top of sieve which is changeable. These dropped grains are then subjected to the aspirator fan that clears dust, straw, chaff etc. and then they fall on top screen. As per the width and thickness, these grains are passed to different layers of the sieves. There is a well defined mechanism for clearing the sieve perforation in which the seeds while passing through the screen again pass through air sifter and aspirator where remaining light particles are cleared. Dust and other particles are collected through separate openings.
Destoner: Designed and developed to separate different grains such as whet, rice, pulses, soybeans etc from grain sized sand, stones and impurities and glasses, our range of destoners are easy to operate and yields dependable separation. Capable of handling variable flow easily, the machine yields highly efficient results and impurity removing efficiency. Forcing air through the layer of the grains leaves the grains stratified in to heavier or lighter fractions. Heavier fractions are forced up with vibrating deck that exists through clean product spout.
