Especially designed for small oil mills that uses expellers and requires steam for their process work, our range of Baby Boilers are perfect solution. Built from superior quality raw material such as MS plate and MS seamless boiler tubes these are highly efficient solution for small quantity steam users with a small requirement of about 100 lbs steam per hour. Oil seeds are always conditioned before large scale expelling and minimize the need for pre treatment by using a high sped worm shaft that shears the oil seeds as it passes through the expeller and produces frictional heating with in the expeller chamber cage set. Raised temperature of oilseed assists oil expulsion where as in case of small-scale expeller; oil extraction will be assisted by heating and/or steaming the oilseed before expelling. Heat treatment is essential for some seeds with low fiber content such as Groundnuts. Jatropha seeds must be heated and moisturized before expelling to avoid production of an oily paste instead of oil and cake.

Consisting chiefly closed grained C.I. square of mounted parallel on heavy flat M.S. Bars fixed on heavy iron stand, these are supplied with brass cock, collection tray etc, these machines presses oil or liquid by belt driven plunger pump which then passes through filter cloth fitted to either side of each plate. Filtered oil leaves the chamber through cocks fitted to each plate where as the filter cloth retains all the impurities collected with in the chamber. |
