The Roller Type Granulator Machine (Model RTG-I)is one of the offered model of Granulator Machines manufactured by Rajkumar which is suitable to prepare granules from a wide variety of raw materials. Since the raw material is extruded because of the rolling of the gears and due to the positive displacement compressing action, the machine finds applications in many areas and the fertilizer granules can be prepared from both organic and inorganic raw materials. Working Principle:

• Only powdered raw materials can be used to prepare the granules.
• If the raw materials are not in powdered form then Rajkumar's Crusher Machines can be used to powder the raw materials.
• Two shafts/rollers are present within the machine, one is fixed while the other is in continuous motion.
• The distance between the two shafts/rollers can be adjusted.

The Disc Type Granulator Machine  is one of the offered model of Granulator Machines manufactured by Rajkumar which is suitable to prepare granules having a size of 3 to 5 mm.

Structure:

• The angle of the Disc is arc shaped and adjustable, while the granulation ratio is above 93%.
• It has one of the best granulation ratios among all the models.
• The circular moving disc and the presence of the scrapper arm for scrapping the stuck powder, reduces the degree of labour involvement as well as the consumption of auxiliary power.
• Scrapper arm ensures that the powdered raw material is uniformly scrapped from the disc’s bottom surface without forming any mud pie.
• Thus, the efficient scrapper arm allows for the formation of 3 to 5 mm granules.
• The disc is efficiently supported by several solid armor plates from behind as well as from the bottom.
• This model can be efficiently utilized to prepare fertilizer granules from chicken manure, cow dung, sheep manure, straw meals, organic waste etc. having moisture between 20 to 30% only.
• A solid bottom stand helps in smooth running of the machine.

Working Principle:

• The height of the disc is adjusted between 40° to 55° angle.
• Raw materials in powdered form should only be used to produce the granules.
• If the raw materials are not in powdered form then Rajkumar's Crusher Machines can be used to powder the raw materials.
• The powdered raw materials should be effectively mixed and evenly moistened by some amount of water.
• Rajkumar's Mixer Machines can be suitably utilized for mixing the raw materials, if required.
• The resultant moistened raw materials should then be put into the disc.
• The moisture within the powdered raw material should be maintained between 12% to 14%.
• The disc is then allowed to rotate at a specific speed.
• If required, additional water can be added but the same should be controlled at about 0 to 3%.
• The granules are formed within the disc because of the combination of factors such as centrifugal force, friction and gravity, continuous parabolic motion of the disc, adhesion and the plasticity of the powdered raw material. In due course of time because of the continuous rotation of the disc the granules start taking the shape of a ball.
• The ball shaped granules, scroll down and start getting collected on the lower end of the disc, from where they get discharged towards the outside of the disc.
